U-7000 MEMS inertial measurement module is a highly reliable and high precision six-axis MEMS inertial heading and attitude system, which can be widely used in navigation, control, and measurement fields represented by satellites, vehicles, ships, and drones. The U-7000 series IMU integrates high-performance MEMS gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers in an independent structure. The gyroscopes and accelerometers selected in the system represent the leading level of MEMS process inertial devices. All electronic components within the system have achieved 100% localization. The angular motion of the sensitive carrier of the three-axis MEMS gyroscope, the linear acceleration of the sensitive carrier of the three-axis MEMS accelerometer, and the compensation of the zero position, scale factor, non orthogonal error, and acceleration related terms of the full temperature parameters within the system can maintain high measurement accuracy for a long time.
